Michele Locke

Fred Locke

With over 31 years of experience appraising commercial, industrial and residential property Fred is your best choice when it comes to negotiating a great deal for you. He has testified as an expert witness over 100 times in court and was formerly a Special Tax Magistrate for Palm Beach County.

Additionally, Fred is also an experienced real estate the broker with almost 25 years of experience assisting clients with the purchase, sale, leasing and management of commercial and residential real estate. Robyn Beriro

Prior to Real Estate, Robyn excelled for over 25 years in radio and digital media with a specialty in marketing and sales. Due to her focus and unrivaled work ethic, Robyn has been a distinguished marketing executive with Iheart Media, Alpha Media Group, and most currently Hubbard Media/2060 Digital. Her success can be attributed to her ability to understand a client’s needs and finding creative marketing opportunities to improve sales, often through embracing and adapting to new marketing methods.

Formerly from New York City, Robyn and her real estate attorney husband moved to West Palm Beach in 2002 and then relocated to Northern Palm Beach County in 2014 with their two daughters who attend William T. Meredith Blackwell calls Northern Palm Beach County paradise, and says there is nowhere else she and her husband would rather raise their four children. After 25 years in education and doing real estate on the side, I finally retired from teaching and made real estate my career. Knowing my goals were shifting, I got my license almost 7 years ago. Real estate satisfies my passion for helping others. I’m excited to find my clients’ perfect home in my beautiful home state. I’ve lived here my whole life, and I am very knowledgeable about the area and current market.

As a life-long learner, it was inevitable that I continued to study and I earned my ABR & SRS designations, as well as my REI, SFR, MRP certifications. My MRP -military relocation professional certificate- is very important to me. I’m the wife of a veteran and helping military families is something we’ve strived to do for many years. It was a difficult move as we left our family, friends and memories to start a new life for our boys at an amazing school, The Learning Center at the Els Center of Excellence, an autism charter school.
